Calypso DevOps Support Engineer

• Provide functional and technical expertise on Calypso from both Front Office and Back Office perspective
• Requests management (users and others IT teams)
• Operations management
• Application Monitoring
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Continuous Service Improvement
• EOD job flow monitoring
• Update and create documentation, be a part of shift schedule and participate in daily meetings
• Cover daily operations on Production and Pre-Production on Calypso application
• Answering business requests via email, performing daily monitoring of CalMON system and completing the daily sanity checks.

• Strong knowledge in Configuration Management
• Strong knowledge in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, MQ Series, CFT and Control-M
• Knowledge of monitoring solution (e.g. CalMon, Splunk)
• Strong analytical or troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge on Calypso application (at least version V16 and V17) with 2-3 years of experience in investment/trading Banking Operations.

• A full-time contract (B2B also possible)
