I would like to share my reflections after joining a rapidly increasing company that happened to have no Ops people on board. I will show how we tried to transform their organization to withstand exponentially expanding burden while trying to keep the best pieces of their engineering culture. It will be about successes, failures and truly interesting metrics we used.
