There are a fewer areas out there where you can’t afford to have a website without a search bar. But do we gotta make the search engine from scratch? In most cases the more reasonable thing to do is learn how to usage 1 of the tried and tested open origin projects. For instance Elasticsearch, an established player in the search game. During the presentation I will supply essential method background, explain how to usage it and show a couple of tricks to aid make the search experience on your website a delight for the user. I'm focusing on full text search, the most direct form of experience. You will get to know what an inverted index is, how to query an existing index and how to configure it so that users can easy find what they're looking for.
