Google Summer 2025 Internship Program in Poland for Students

Google is now accepting applications for its Summer 2025 Internship Program, with a deadline of 25th October 2024.

This internship is aimed at students in their penultimate or final year of a full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree program in the EMEA region. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Poland, as immigration sponsorship is not available. Interns will be required to work full-time for at least 13 weeks, starting in May, June, or July 2025.

Early birds are welcome, as candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible, as applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.


Analytical Consultant

Warsaw

Minimum qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in the EMEA region, and in your penultimate/final year of education.
  • Relevant practical or internship experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, financial analysis, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to complete a minimum 13 week full-time internship in Poland between May — October 2025.
  • Relevant practical or internship experience in analytical, problem solving, strategic project management roles and data analysis skills (SQL, Big Query, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Relevant practical or internship experience in analysing large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Relevant practical or internship experience of marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g, offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution).
  • Experience of Google advertising products (e.g Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform).

User Experience Design

Kraków

Minimum qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field in the EMEA region, and in your penultimate/final year of education.
  • A design portfolio that showcases design principles for web or mobile platforms.
  • Relevant practical or internship experience using design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVisio, Principle, After Effects, Framer Studio etc).
  • Relevant practical or internship experience in testing and iteration.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field in the EMEA region, and in your penultimate/final year of education.
  • A design portfolio that showcases design principles for web or mobile platforms.
  • Relevant practical or internship experience using design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVisio, Principle, After Effects, Framer Studio etc).
  • Relevant practical or internship experience in testing and iteration.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce designs that accurately reflect a visual design language or brand guidelines.
  • Test and produce interaction flows and mock-ups that accurately communicate product functionality to Product, Engineering, and Visual Design team members.

Software Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering

Warsaw, Kraków

Minimum qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field in the EMEA region, and in your penultimate/final year of education.
  • Experience working with data structures or algorithms during coursework/projects, research, internships, or practical experience in school or work (e.g., open-source coding).
  • Coding experience in one of the following programming languages: Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to complete a 13-17 week full-time internship in Poland between May — October 2025.
  • Relevant practical or internship experience (e.g., research assistant, teaching assistant, personal projects, etc) with programming in either: C++, Java, Python, or Go.
  • Relevant practical or internship experience with one or more of the following: web application development, Unix/Linux, mobile application development, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, networking, developing large software systems, and/or security software development.
  • Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, conceive and develop software applications to extend and improve on Google's product offering.
  • Contribute to a wide variety of projects using natural language processing, artificial intelligence, data compression, machine learning, and search technologies.
  • Collaborate on scalability issues involving access to data and information.
  • Utilise exposure to large-scale production software troubleshooting.
  • Help maintain mission critical services.

Media Account Specialist

Wrocław

Minimum qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in the EMEA region, and in your penultimate/final year of education.
  • Relevant practical or internship experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns or related fields.
  • Relevant practical or internship experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting or related fields.
  • Ability to demonstrate a data-driven approach when proposing solutions, providing actionable insights to customers.
  • Ability to conduct necessary business communications in either German, French or Spanish language fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to complete a minimum 13 week full-time internship in Poland between May — October 2025.
  • Relevant practical or internship experience optimising and troubleshooting products or services.
  • Understanding of Media landscape and knowledge of Google’s advertising solutions or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms.
  • Ability to create strategic programs to drive performance (e.g., product adoption plans; campaign optimisation syncs).

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities and detailed projects will be determined based on your educational background, interest, and skills.
  • This is a customer facing role that requires interactions in German, French or Spanish with local stakeholders.

Student Training in Engineering Program (STEP)

Warsaw, Kraków

Minimum qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled and in your first or second year of a Bachelor's degree, or combined Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field in the EMEA region.
  • Available for a full-time 12-week internship from 30th June to 26th September 2025.
  • Programming experience in either Java, C++ or Python.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Returning to a full-time Bachelor’s degree for a minimum of two years after completing the internship.
  • Experience in programming outside of your university course.
  • Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply knowledge gained in computer science courses to real-world challenges.
  • Complete a challenging technical project with a team of Googlers and other STEP interns.
  • Enhance your coding by using new tools and programming languages.
  • Attend training sessions to build your professional skills and to help set you up for success.
  • You will be matched with a Google engineer to mentor you throughout the internship.

Web Solutions Engineer

Warsaw, Wrocław

Minimum qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in the EMEA region, and in your penultimate/final year of education.
  • Relevant practical or internship experience working in full stack software development; with front end (e.g. JavaScript or Typescript), and back end (e.g. Java, Python or C++).
  • Relevant practical or internship experience working with database technologies (e.g. SQL, NoSQL).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to complete a minimum 13 week full-time internship in Poland between May — October 2025.
  • Relevant practical or internship experience in technical project management, technical stakeholder management, and non-technical stakeholder management.
