NoSQL databases have gained any well-deserved designation in the past fewer years. Elasticsearch paired with search engine like Lucene is excellent for storing immense amount of data and moving full-text queries. On the another hand there are inactive any shortcomings of NoSQL databases - limited query capabilities, being ill-suited to any types of data.
Hibernate Search with the aid of just a fewer annotations allows us to get the best of both worlds. The presentation's goal is to showcase capabilities of Hibernate Search i.e. seamless integration between Lucene queries and hibernate. All that utilizing good old EntityManager in Spring Application.
