From specialists to generalists. From backend engineers to cloud engineers. The communicative of how a squad of Java developers made that journey and removed the request for any external or interior "DevOps" support. The goal: to have end-to-end work and complete knowing of the strategy we were running, with no irreplaceable persons and no external dependencies; to migrate a production strategy from on-premise to cloud.
