Modern Java Microservices in the Cloud • Andrzej Grzesik • Devoxx Poland 2022

It's 2022, long gone are the days of ceremony and Java improvement should be productivity, simplicity. Let's look at how we make it happen, in context of startup going FAST. I will describe the architectural approach we usage stack we use, and what, sometimes unorthodox, technology and plan choices we have made, and their consequences. Expect: code samples, why does our stack look the way it looks AND… what have we learnt in the process. It's all going to be Revolut-based!

Andrzej Grzesik likes distributed systems in all shapes and form. Coding since the age of 8, loves simplicity and continuous delivery. While he has written in many languages, he favours the JVM.
