E-commerce apps are the backbone of the internet, and there are countless platforms you can usage to build your next e-commerce app - from SaaS solutions to open-source frameworks. However, the Node & JavaScript community has been badly under-served, with a distinct deficiency of mature, battle-tested solutions for customized e-commerce development.
That's the situation I saw 4 years ago erstwhile I started to build Vendure, an open-source headless commerce framework built on Node with TypeScript. Since then, it has gained traction with companies of all sizes, including luck 500 companies and radiply-growing start-ups.
In this talk, I will give a bit of background on the project, dive in to any of the method choices, and show how you can get up-and-running with full-stack headless commerce faster than you might imagine.
