JDD 2022: Adam Bien - At JDD 2012 I said, "Java EE 6 and the Future Is Now," and now we got.. clouds

Ten years ago, at the JDD 2012, I built a Java EE 6 application from scratch live on stage, called it "the future," and went home. Now I would like to look at the code again and discuss a possible migration to the clouds. Is it possible to migrate the 10 years old, an unmaintained legacy app to the newest serverless environment on AWS Lambda or Fargate? How could specified migration look? Should we go with microservices, single-purpose functions, fat functions, or monoliths again? anticipate live coding and live cloud deployments again. I look forward to your questions and will answer them in real-time
